I thought I’d start my first post for this blog from the law student perspective. Why? Because it’s the study you do at law school that sets the ground work for your future career as a lawyer (at least in the intellectual legal sense).
When you get a solid legal grounding early in your career (ie, the first two years of law school) you have a major advantage over those who “fumble” their way through law school and you don’t have to re-learn the fundamentals when you reach legal practice.
